Since 2007, the annual Pentawards competition seeks to recognise and bring exposure to global excellence in packaging design.

An international judging team comprising of individuals of the highest calibre from across the globe, colourfully represent the spectrum of the world of packaging design and marketing. Year after year the jury are faced with the task of reaching a unanimous decision on which packaging design will have true universal appeal and should be bestowed with the international Pentawards distinction.

The competition has received in excess of 18,000 entries from over 64 countries globally. Each year the Gala Ceremony is held in a different location around the world and this event invites all of the winners to celebrate their achievements and receive their prize on stage in front of the global packaging design community.
