As I trekked through the hot, humid, cacophonous jungles of Central America, I surveyed the ostentatious flora and fauna with disbelief: each plant seemingly more extraordinary than the last and each creature more incredible. Suddenly my gaze was drawn to a parrot of indescribable beauty sitting proudly in the canopy above and noticed its eye-popping plumage of vibrant green mint leaves. As this rarest of creatures vivaciously preened itself, it sent a flurry of fragrant leaves down to the jungle floor far below. And before I could say Great Green Macaw, I found myself nestling in a pile of delicious mint. Refreshed, I decided to mark this exotic encounter with a sweetly adventurous blend. Gathering my favourite coffee beans I created a coffee with rich chocolate undertones whose smooth notes were enhanced by an infusion of fragrant mint, conjuring a colourful taste of the tropics with every sip.
