Modena is the spiritual and physical home of authentic balsamic vinegars. Like a French champagne, or a piece of parmigiano from Reggiano, balsamic vinegars from the Modena area are much imitated but rarely equalled, and ours comes with the important "I.G.P" certification: the "Protected Geographical Indication" label issued by Italy's agriculture ministry to prove its provenance.

As with our olive oils, proof is in the tasting. Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena comes with a rich, aromatic flavour, a beautiful deep colour and a versatility of use across different cuisines. It is a great multi tasking condiment for any kitchen; perfect with antipasti, for drizzling across salads and bite-sized chunks of hard Italian cheeses, for serving with our olive oils, and for dipping with artisanal breads.
