Crunchy Biscuit Ice-cream

Any biscuits that you think work with your ice-cream flavour of choice, can be used for this very simple recipe.

Serves 4


8 scoops / balls of your chosen ice-cream flavours

8 crushed biscuits

4 small sprigs of mint for decoration


Place your biscuits in a clear self seal bag and crush the biscuits into crumbs. Empty onto a plate.

Roll each scoop or ball of ice-cream in the crumbs and spoon the coated ice-cream into your bowls.

Sprinkle with additional biscuit crumb if desired and decorate with a sprig of mint.
