The William Whistle teas are blended using the highest quality ingredients and are therefore perfect for making cocktails. This fruity cocktail is best enjoyed by an open fire.
Makes 12 servings
600ml boiling water
150ml fresh lemon juice
150ml caster sugar
150ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
600ml Bourbon whiskey
300ml pear juice
1 pear and 1 lemon to garnish
In a large teapot or jug add the teabags to the boiling water and infuse for 5 -10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, caster sugar, Elderflower Liqueur, whiskey and pear juice and stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Garnish with thinly sliced rounds of pear and lemon.
