Designed by Giorgio Bonaguro this Roma Carafe, an incredible glass vessel, is inspired as the name suggests by ancient Roman amphoras used to store wine, water and oil.

In both ancient Greek and Roman cultures drinking was an important central focus of entertaining, with dining experiences both at home and in public impressing guests with feasts for the senses. Public feasts, dinner and drinking parties would use vessels shaped such as this.

Made in light-weight borosilicate glass this looks good in the kitchen filled with oil, on the dining table holding water or wine or beautiful as a decorative vase or decorative object.
