Expedition no. 10 - Toffee Nut Tea

A close shave...


After a fraught moment involving a narrow escape from an elephant stampede, I turned to the South African scrublands for comfort and its native caffeine-free, vitamin-rich Rooibos plant.

The resplendent, medicinal aroma transported me to a Victorian sweetshop and saw me combine smooth caramel and almond pieces with mallow and calendula for a sweetly creamy, guilt-free sip to lift one’s spirits.
