Our William Whistle unique blend of 100% Arabica beans from the foothills of Brazil, the heights of Costa Rica and the mountains of Kenya has been gently decaffeinated to the highest standard using the Swiss Water method.

A chemical free method developed in the 1930's that gently removes 99.9% of caffeine using only clean water. All the flavour of our High Mountain Blend but with traces of caffeine magically removed.

How to Brew

Scoop approximately one heaped dessert spoon per cup into a cafetiere, cover with freshly drawn boiled water and stand for 3-5 minutes before pressing and serving.

Whilst resting in Zurich, I came across a stroke of Swiss genius – a gentle water method that could extract caffeine while retaining all the flavour of my signature blend. The recipe is the same: an extraordinary meeting of finest Arabica coffee beans that balance strength with smoothness and character with quaffability. Gathered together from the foothills of Brazil, the heights of Costa Rica and the mountains of Kenya this unique recipe has held its allure for a decade and promises to keep one entertained for many years to come. The only difference is that any trace of caffeine has been magically removed.
