Expedition no. 3 - Orange and Lemon Tea

A daydream of exotic citrus sunshine...

A daydream of exotic citrus sunshine

My trusty Penny Farthing has seen me take in most of Europe on two wheels. In the ancient orange and lemon groves of Spain, I sat in the shade of one particularly fragrant specimen and dreamt up a zingy, sunshine-drenched concoction combining the crisp notes of pine and citrus found in Sri Lankan Uva black tea with tangy lemongrass, orange peel, exotic hibiscus and a scattering of vibrant yellow sunflower petals. This is that daydream brought to life - heavenly enjoyed ice cold on a hot summer’s day.
