Delicious high quality crafted biscuits based on traditional recipes

dunk [duhngk]
verb (used with object)
1. to dip (biscuit, cake, doughnut etc.) into coffee, milk, or the like, before eating.
2. to dip or submerge something, someone, oneself, etc., in a liquid: She thinks it's vulgar to dunk. So let's dunk her in the pool before dinner

We have created our very own biscuit recipes and baked them in the traditional hand-made manner in partnership with a master baker from Yorkshire.

We went to a family business which has been making biscuits for over 100 years to use their expert baking skills and knowledge. Their bakery beginnings can be traced back to humble premises in the English Victorian seaside town of Morecambe, in Lancashire. Recipes created by its first family owner who ran the original bakery, while managing a boarding house and bringing up a family of three boisterous boys.

The bakery moved through the generations finally moving back to its Yorkshire roots in the 1920's where a shop was opened in Haworth (think Bronte country, and The Railway Children) to support the expanding bakery business, and the family business grew. Now a modern bakery meeting exacting international standards, but still making biscuits with tradition, flare and imagination to cater for changing tastes.
